– Sponsored the Consumer Participation award at Eastern Health for the 3rd year running. Congratulations to Chris Bruce and the Speech Pathology team for their work in championing the rights of consumers with communication difficulties. We look forward to seeing you all again next year!
– Been the principal supporter of NSWHealth’s Patient Experience Symposium where over 460 staff, health professionals and consumers got together to learn more about practical steps and programs to drive the Patient Experiences in the State to new heights.
– Contributed to the Gathering of Kindness event in Victoria where the importance of “Respect in Healthcare” was discussed and relationships between staff and patient well-being explored. We hear all had a great time!
– Provided 18 devices free of charge across 4 programs to help teams with limited financial resources do work they otherwise would not have been able to do. In particular, we’d like to recognise the work that Helen and the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander team have done in Coffs harbour to listen to hard to reach clients in their area.
