I am ultimately responsible for the success or failure of our company. I oversee the day to day operations and strategic direction of the business and love working in such a fast-paced, interesting and innovative environment, with people who are so passionate about what they do.

I work closely with the CEO and senior staff to plan the direction of the company and provide the resources needed to achieve our goals. I like working in a business which has such co-operative and friendly staff who are dedicated to providing useful data for improving Service, Quality and Loyalty.

Jeanette McGuirk

I am responsible for administration and staff wellbeing in the business. I assist the MD & CEO in the planning of the future of the company and try to ensure that the business runs smoothly! I love being involved with our grandchildren, gardening, cruising and enjoying white wine with friends.

My role involves keeping the equipment and tools CFS and our customers use running smoothly. I enjoy working in an ever changing industry and look forward to seeing our services and technologies grow and evolve.

I oversee the technical side of the business, I’m passionate about innovation and strive to be up-to-date with the rapidly evolving world of IT. When I’m not in front of the computer, I’m watching sports and/or entertaining my (equally demanding) children :).

I oversee the data science and report production component of the business. I am fervent over the continual advancement of the data narrative. Between collecting, analyzing and collating data I fill my remaining hours delving into new and unchartered methods of data visualization.

Account Executive and Support - Auditing

As the Account Executive for CFS Australasia, I am responsible for the oversight, quality control and supervision of projects and programs within the Health Services teams. I provide technical, functional and business led support to the quality teams and customer base across the entire CFS product set.

Gustavo Betancourt

I am responsible for ensuring our clients’ experience with CFS is rewarding and beneficial, by providing superior Customer service, Project and Program Assistance and Technical Support for our CFS Trackers.

Guillaume Tiberghien

Management Consultant

I liaise with our clients to discuss their business issues and design ad hoc consulting and research programs to resolve them. I carry out the consulting projects advising clients on questionnaire development and data collection methods, analysing data, preparing tailored and visually impacting reports and recommending actions to improve business performance.

Yin Yin Chua

IT Developer

I am responsible for creating the databases and developing the reports. I work closely with Reporting team to make sure the reports meet clients needs and are always up-to-date. I love my current work as nothing is very rigid where everything can be negotiated.
