Tresillian needed an electronic solution to collect and provide the minimum data required to facilitate rapid contract tracing should a COVID positive case be associated with a Tresillian centre.
We chose to move forward with CFS as they have continued to demonstrate responsiveness to our requests and a willingness to work with Tresillian to achieve our desired outcomes.
How VisitNinja works:
- Visitors are presented with a tablet or self-scannable QR Code at a sign-in point / entry.
- For contactless environments, visitors approach receptionists / admin staff who use a reception / PC / web-based interface to screen and safely sign-in permitted visitors.
- During the sign in process, visitors are prompted to answer a series of questions that assess the risk they may pose to the facility:
- When risks are identified, on-site teams are alerted in real time to ensure the necessary steps to protect the facility can be taken.
- When no risks are evident, visitors are presented with a standard sign-in screen to provide details relating to their visit prior to entering the facility.
- Visitor and Contact Tracing reports can be accessed quickly in the event of a suspected COVID-19 case, and all steps taken to protect the visitor, if deemed a risk, can be documented.
